Build the setup around your team.
A guard on patrol, a driver on the road and a controller at a desk need different tools. We help connect their devices, applications and response process so useful information reaches the people who act on it.
A few useful answers.
We confirm the devices, software, licences and operating process for your setup.
Can checklists be used outside a patrol?
No. Checklists are built into the patrol workflow and can only be activated during an active patrol.
Can we review push-to-talk conversations?
A supported setup lets authorised users review captured PTT activity and replay retained voice recordings. We confirm which events are captured, who can access playback and how long recordings are kept.
Does the system replace the control room?
No. It gives the control room better information. Your team still owns the response, escalation and operating procedure.
